I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing holistic counseling service and yoga therapy in the North Tahoe/Truckee area.

I believe we all possess the innate ability to heal. My work is to help guide you back home to yourself with compassion and without judgement.

In addition to my clinical training, my background is in yoga psychology. Prior to working as a social worker I taught yoga classes and full day enrichment camps to children and adolescents.

Academic studies, clinical training, yoga training, yoga practice and motherhood has shaped my work as a therapist.
